  1. Water:-

2. Exercise or stretching in morning :-
       Doing exercise in the morning will provide oxygen to all your body parts. And it will helo you to fill fresh and energetic 


3.Eat breakfast :-
      Breakfast is an important meal of a day.. Your breakfast should consist of proper amount of carbs, protein and healthy fats. A proper breakfast will help you to keep energetic all day long. 




4. Choosing healthy snacks :-
             Fried foods like potato chips, fries, salted nuts, cookies are not a healthy option. Instead of it you can choose nuts, fruits as they are rich in vitamins and minerals 


5. Proper choosing of foods :-
        Always check ingredients list of products you purchase . As the foods you are about to buy may contain harmful ingredients . Which may affect your body.  So always check ingredients of foods






6.proper sleep:-
      Lack of sleep will make you tired, and it will affect on healthy lifestyle 
So 7-8 hours of sleep is important for our overall body. As lack of sleep may affect to your lifestyle
