. A normal person who do not workout needs 50-60gm protein a day

      . Eggs 
     . Paneer 
     .   Peanut butter 
     . Nuts

  • Eggs:- protein in one whole egg is about 6-8gm.. And in egg white 3gm

   

  • Paneer :- paneer is a milk product..  100 gm of paneer contains 20gm protein
      

  • Peanut butter :- 2 spoon of peanut butter provides a healthy fats and 8 gm of protein 
    

  • Nuts:- nuts like ( almonds, cashews, walnuts ) are also a good source of protein.. A handful of nuts will provide you   7gm of protein
