  • Intermittent fasting is a technique which involves fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8 hour. Which is also called as a eating window. These fasting has been going on from a long time. But now is geeting more evolve. As now people are getting more aware and discipline regarding there diet and the food they eat.
  • The fasting which has been done for 16 hours is not that much easy to do. As it is mostly difficult for a person to not take any calories intake uptil 16 hours. As our body is not ready for that. So the simple way for performing intermittent fasting is that first just start it for doing 10 hours and then slowly slowly, day by day increase the hours of fast. So that your body can be adopted to this pattern. And then it would not be difficult for fasting upto 16 hours

Benefits of intermittent fasting -

  • doing fasting for 16 hours has various benefits for our body. As the insulin levels get drop and the growth hormone get increased. Normally people get injection for increasing growth hormone. But the natural way of increasing these hormone is intermittent fasting.
                       
  • It is also very effective in weight loss. As in the time span of 16 hours our body have less amount of glycogen. As glycogen is the form of energy our body produces when we eat. But due to less glycogen the fat cells in our body gets converted into energy for our body functions. And the fat cells get burned for producing energy which result in weight loss. Intermittent fasting is a technique which nowadays many people are doing for a health life. If a person is suffering from any type of disease or something. Then he should first talk to the doctor before performing intermittent fasting

                     What to eat- 

After 16 hours of fast in these 8 hours eating window a person can have his meals.
These meals should properly balance with protein, carbs and healthy fats
In protein he can consume - egss, panner, yogurt
Carbs- bread, fruit, potato and some dairy products
Fats- nuts, cheese, dark chocolate, whole egg
